- 4 large Eggs separated
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 stick Butter melted
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 cups Milk lukewarm
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light. Add melted butter and vanilla extract, mix well.
Gradually add flour, then slowly add milk while mixing. Gently fold in the egg whites.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until the top is golden.
Let it cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
