  • 2 cups macaroni uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  6. Spread the macaroni and cheese mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Spread the pizza sauce over the macaroni and cheese.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
