- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Crushed Pork Rinds
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Place the mixture into a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
