Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
  8. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
