Loaded Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
A delicious and hearty casserole loaded with hash browns, cheese, sour cream, and bacon.

- 30 oz frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, green onions, and bacon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
