  • 30 oz frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, green onions, and bacon.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
