Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the chicken and garlic. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and toss to combine.
  6. 6. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
