Lettuce Wrap Recipe
Fresh and healthy lettuce wraps perfect for a light meal or appetizer.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 cup Bell Pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 head Butter Lettuce leaves separated
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in shredded carrots and diced bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and spoon mixture into lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
