Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add cooked lentils, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Stir well.
  5. Drizzle sesame oil on top and mix. Serve hot.
