Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils, cooked
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Cook lentils according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms in olive oil until soft.
  3. In a bowl, combine lentils, mushroom mixture, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form mixture into patties.
  5. Cook patties in a pan with olive oil until browned on both sides.
