  • 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken with lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
