Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Marinate the chicken with lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
3. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
