- ½ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin
In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini and lemon juice until smooth.
Add olive oil, water, minced garlic, salt, and cumin. Whisk until well combined.
Adjust consistency with more water if needed. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
