- ½ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- ¼ cup Water adjust as needed
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust water to reach desired consistency.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
