Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup White wine
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.
  2. Gradually add the sugar and continue whisking until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the white wine, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
