Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest finely grated

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and zest.
  3. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
