Instructions

  2. 2. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
