Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 2 units Lemons (juice and zest)
1. In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest.
4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
