Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat cream and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat, add lemon zest, juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in gelatin mixture until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
