Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
  5. Press the panko mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the panko is golden brown.
