Crust
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
Cream Cheese Layer
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
Lemon Layer
- 2 packages instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
Prepare lemon pudding mix with milk as per package instructions. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
