Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter

Filling

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 0.5 cups Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Heavy cream whipped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. 2. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. 3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. 4. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
