Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Zest freshly grated
- ½ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the lemon zest and lemon juice to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
