Lemon Herb Chicken with Asparagus
A simple and delicious recipe for lemon herb chicken with asparagus.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 lemon Lemon juiced and zested
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Return chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice and zest, and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
