Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 lemon Lemon juiced and zested
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. 3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Return chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice and zest, and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
