Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill chicken skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
