Lemon Garlic Shrimp Zoodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 1 whole lemon, juiced and zested
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp, cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add zucchini noodles, lemon juice, and zest. Toss to combine.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until zoodles are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
