Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta Recipe

- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Add lemon zest and juice to the skillet. Toss to combine.
5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
