Lemon Chicken Romano

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup Romano Cheese grated
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Romano cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in lemon juice, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with a wedge of lemon on the side.
