  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Romano cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in lemon juice, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with a wedge of lemon on the side.
