Lemon Butter Green Beans
A simple and delicious side dish of green beans tossed in lemon butter.

- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steam or boil green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add lemon zest and juice to the skillet.
Toss in the green beans, coating them in the lemon butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm.
