Lemon Berry Trifle
A refreshing and easy-to-make dessert with layers of lemon curd, fresh berries, and whipped cream.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Lemon curd
- 2 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Whipped cream Homemade or store-bought
- 1 sponge cake Sponge cake Cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest Optional, for garnish
1. In a trifle dish, layer half of the sponge cake cubes.
2. Spread half of the lemon curd over the cake cubes.
3. Add a layer of mixed berries.
4. Top with half of the whipped cream.
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
6. Garnish with lemon zest if desired.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
