Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. 2. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped basil to the cooled syrup. Stir well.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a shallow container and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  5. 5. Scoop and serve.
