Leftover Pancake Breakfast Sandwich
A quick and easy breakfast sandwich using leftover pancakes.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Leftover pancakes
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 2 slices Cheese
- 2 slices Bacon or ham Optional
- 1 tablespoon Butter
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add butter.
2. Cook the eggs to your liking.
3. Warm the leftover pancakes in the skillet.
4. Assemble the sandwich: pancake, egg, cheese, bacon or ham (if using), and another pancake.
5. Serve immediately.
