Cake Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your cake pans.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine the flour and baking powder, add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
Finally stir in the milk and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth. Pour or spoon the batter into the prepared pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Cake is done when it springs back to the touch.
