Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Brewer's yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, brewer's yeast, and flaxseed meal.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well. Add water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
  6. Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
