Instructions
1. Combine kumquats, sugar, and water in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add lemon juice and simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
