Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank steak
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and green onions.
  2. 2. Add the flank steak to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. 5. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
