Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Vegetables (carrot, zucchini, onion, etc.) Julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil For frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, egg, soy sauce, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. 2. Add the julienned vegetables to the batter and mix well.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. 5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
