Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the browned beef and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
