Korean Ground Beef Bowl Recipe
A quick and easy Korean-inspired dish with ground beef, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the browned beef and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
