Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add beef and brown on all sides.
  3. 3. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce and gochujang.
  5. 5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Add carrots and potatoes, cook until tender.
  8. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
