Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, making sure each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef until it's fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
