Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef short ribs flanken cut
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Onion grated
- 2 tablespoon Rice wine
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, onion, rice wine, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
2. Add beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the marinated ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
5. Serve hot with rice and side dishes.
