Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and gochujang. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
