Ingredients 

Kofta Mixture

  • 500 g Ground Meat (beef or lamb)
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the kofta mixture.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small sausage-like shapes around skewers.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Grill the kofta kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
