Main Ingredients
- 2 Kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 Avocado, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced kiwis, avocado, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
2. Add the lime juice and salt. Gently toss to combine.
3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
