Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon kimchi juice
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Optional: sesame seeds, nori strips for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add rice, kimchi juice, gochujang, and soy sauce. Stir well.
  5. Push the rice to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side.
  6. Mix the scrambled eggs into the rice.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori strips if desired.
