  • 1 cup Kimchi chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes until it's heated through.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. 4. Pour the egg mixture over the kimchi in the frying pan.
  5. 5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully set.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
