Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Kielbasa sliced
- 3 Bell Peppers sliced
- 4 Potatoes diced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the bell peppers and potatoes. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
