Kielbasa Skillet Dinner Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
- 2 cups potatoes diced
- 1 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup onions sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
