Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  5. 5. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a boat shape.
  6. 6. Mix feta and mozzarella cheese. Fill each dough boat with the cheese mixture.
  7. 7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. 8. Brush with olive oil and serve hot.
