Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Large Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
