Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 300 g Bok Choy chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Add chopped bok choy and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
