  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until melted. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, egg, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out to your desired thickness.
  5. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
