Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower grated
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. Grate the cauliflower and place it in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the eggs, cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Scoop small portions of the mixture into the pan, flattening them into patties.
5. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
